Astro Boy has JUST been released to theaters. According to IMDB, the movie has already gotten 6.5 stars out of 10. That’s actually pretty good for a kid flick! My Thoughts:

The movie just came out. I showed the trailer to  my three year old and asked if he wanted to watch it. He said, “Yeah.”  At that point he started playing with the Astro Boy figure that we received. He has a light-up core in his chest, which is cool It requires batteries, which are included, and is suggested for ages 4 and up. My son is 3.5, so it worked out pretty well. He has moveable limbs, such as his head, arms, legs and elbows. There are other figures you can collect to go along with this Astro Boy (which is only wearing shorts and boots). The other figures include robots and a fully clothed Astro Boy. I think if your child loves Astro Boy, these companion toys will really be a hit.
