Holiday Guide: Things Remembered – Win Custom Couture Jewelry

If you have absolutely NO IDEA what to get your significant other, in laws, parents or siblings for the holidays – turn to Things Remembered. One thing everyone is sure to cherish are their memories, and Things Remembered has a huge selection of options that let you gift wrap those memories and/or creatively put them on display!
-Custom Couture Jewelry Collection – This is my favorite item from Things Remembered for women and teens! You can completely customize a bracelet or necklace! Gift givers first choose a bracelet or necklace in one of five designs, including a pearl or beaded chain. Then they add one of three engravable pendants and finish the accessory with a miniature, sparkling birthstone pendant, initial pendant with pearl accent, and/or one of six miniature charms, including a star, angel, cross, heart, butterfly or key. I had a chance to review one and was so impressed! I had one customized for my friend at college. She is dating my brother-in-law and I wanted to get her something special for her trouble. (Ha ha!)
I honestly stared at my options forever. But that’s part of the fun part, making sure you made the right choice. In the end I selected a chunky, chain bracelet with a circle pendant that has her name engraved. Then I added a birthstone pendant to it.
When it arrived, the pendant was carefully covered in its own pink, soft protective cover. Plus, it arrived in its signature Things Remembered Draw String Bag. The presentation is wonderful! I can’t wait for my friend to see it!
But here are some other ideas for the holidays, including for those friends and family members that don’t wear bracelets and necklaces!
-Push USB Drive – Personalized USB drives are a great gift idea, especially for husbands, brothers and brother-in-laws! I got one for my husband for Father’s Day and he keeps it on his keychain. This year there’s a new kid on the block – a silver-plated and black matte key chain featuring a sleek, push-out USB drive that holds up to one gig of information without taking up a lot of physical space.
-Max the “Make-A-Wish” Bear – Household budgets may be stretched, but many people still want to support charitable organizations and give really great gifts. Now you can do both! Things Remembered celebrates its 12-year partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation with five exclusive gifts benefitting the Foundation, including Max, a fluffy white teddy bear. Max holds a delicate water globe in his paws with a message that reads “Wishes from the Heart.” A story card explains how Max brings and shares wishes with others. For every Make-A-Wish product sold, $2 will be donated back to the Foundation. Last I checked, he was on sale for $29.99!
-Snowman Water Globe – Complete with button eyes, nose and mouth, this darling snow globe is designed to look like Frosty himself. A battery-operated auto blower spreads snowflakes continually inside the globe, while an engraving plate offers room for a special message. So many people collect Snowmen for Christmas, I know my Grandmother-In-Law does! This would be a perfect addition to any Holiday Collection, especially with the personal engraving!
