		<description>I don&#039;t have any girls, but if I did -- this is one doll I&#039;d encourage my kids to have.  I love that the dolls are linked to an educational agenda, and that they reinforce positive messages for little girls (something most toys do not do so well).  Kudos for you to reviewing for such an affirmative company!  :)</description>

		<description>I love American Girl.  My sister had Molly, I had Samantha (now retired), and my best friend had Kirsten.  We didn&#039;t have any of the fancy *coughs*expensive*coughs* accessories that go with them but we would oooh and aaah over the catalog.  However, I did sew some new clothes for my doll.  I think one of the best parts about American Girl is that they have books to go with the characters.  I remember going to the school library to rent American Girl books.  They&#039;re just super.</description>
