Holiday Guide: Bottle Snugglers – Win

At my mom’s club, one of the members has a toddler and twins. Needless to say, she has her hands full. And even when she is around her fellow moms, who are there for support, we are often juggling our own kids while she has three who are asking for snacks, to be fed, need to be comforted, entertained, chased. Sometimes she has to resort to creative bottle propping while bouncing another and entertaining the third.

For moms like that – almost every mom – sometimes it seems like you need a third hand or a miniature helper in your diaper bag. That’s what Bottle Snugglers are for. Bottle Snugglers are four plush animals that are specially designed to help feed your child WHILE ATTENDED BY A PARENT OR CAREGIVER. I have to say IMMEDIATELY, you are not to use a bottle snuggler to prop a bottle in a crib and then walk out. Here are situations when a bottle helper like the Bottle Snuggler would be ideal:

1. If you are working from home and are trying to type something up ASAP, but baby needs to be fed. You hold your baby, the snuggler holds the bottle and you still have one hand free to type.

2. Or to feed yourself and have a drink.

3. BottleFeed multiple babies.

See the difference? You can’t just leave it with the baby, it’s a helper not a babysitter!

Okay, so this is how it works. It comes with a band that you place over the bottle. You position yourself with the baby comfortably in your arms. Place the bottle in your babies mouth to start feeding. When everything is going smooth, attach the animal base to the band.

The Bottle Snuggler works with any bottle shape or size. The attachment between the bottle band and plush bottle holder is tough. It comes with two bands. If the Bottle Snuggler gets dirty, you can machine wash him.

There are four different styles to choose from, Charming Teddy Bear, Pinky Pig, Cuddly Cow and Precious Puppy. I received the Blue Puppy to review. I can definitely see a child becoming attached to these snugglers. They can become a lovey when not in use for bottle propping. There is a ribbon that is securely attached to the puppies back, but the eyes are embroidered on and so is the nose. He also squeaks, so he can be used as a distraction when the baby is fussing. I love how soft he is, made of velour. He is very well-made and a quality product, in my opinion.

Overall, I think the Bottle Snuggler is cute, a child will become attached to it and it is a GREAT product for mom’s of multiples or babies born close together. For moms of one, it might be good to have on hand in case. But when you are feeding your babies, try to concentrate on them. This is such a short period in their lives, they grow up so fast! Slow down, put down the phone and enjoy these moments!
