I had a chance to see the pig and gorilla up close. At home my laptop screen gets quite dirty and dusty, courtesy of a toddler and preschooler. Plus, I used it on my tv screen which had a lot more dust than I could have imagined. *whoops* And it came off in a few swipes. Then I just shook off the pig and put it on top of the tv. You can also sponge clean your screen wipe. The pig has fluffy hair everywhere except her pink tummy, there it is more smooth. The gorilla has smooth hair everywhere.
There are some instructions that you do want to read ahead of time. Unlike some other Aroma Home products, there is no need to heat up your plush screen wipe. And since it is not a toy, you want to keep it in your office or home-office. Also, there is no need to use your plush screen wipe with other cleaning agents. Just wipe any screen and reduce the static and remove the dust.

Dave, I don’t quite see how that could happen since they are so soft with nothing “scratch-worthy” on them. They are used to remove dust, not hardcore cleaning? I hope you contacted the company direct?
