Superstar Professional Turbo Ionic Hair Dryer. Whoa…. talk about a hair dryer. In the past, I’ve used a cheaper blow dryer I bought at Target. I didn’t think too much about it, although it was missing some features I loved in my mom’s hair dryer – like the option to blow cool air. But eventually it came to be that I started hating to dry my hair. It took forever and I could never get it salon-straight. That’s when I really started using professional flat irons, to use after my hair dried. And although they got my hair STRAIGHT, I still had to deal with wet hair for way too long. When the dryer arrived, I was AMAZED at how light and small the dryer was. Very different than the antique my mom owns. And the features were perfect for me. It has a cool air setting, it ultra light, eliminates frizz and kept my hair looking great all night into the next day after I styled it. I used it before my girl’s night out when I went to see New Moon. The hair dryer got my hair perfectly dry in just 10 – 11 minutes … and I have THICK HAIR. I used some serum to keep my hair glossy even after blow drying. And the end result was some fabulous New Mom photo ops with my sister and friend! The blow dryer has 2 speeds, can blow hot or cold and even does a cold shot. I like to use the cold option when I am done blow drying my hair with heat, because I think it helps reduce frizz and keep my hair straighter. Overall, I am super pleased with JRS Superstar !
