Progresso High Fiber Soup

One of the most requested food items in my house is SOUP. Sometimes I do homemade. Othertimes, it’s easier to whip out a can and have it prepared for my boys in minutes. I love the Progresso Brand, so I was thrilled to have the opportunity to have a taste-test with my boys and a can of Homestyle Minestrone. The soup was FULL of veggies, had a great amount of noodles and the broth was a rich tomato base. The veggies that I found in the Minestrone were carrots, celery, kidney beans, potatoes, spinach, garbanzo beans and peas. Honestly, I don’t like peas, so I picked them out. But I loved the other veggies! And my boys loved the soup in general.

What made this soup really healthy is that it is a new high fiber soup from Progresso – it has 28% of your daily serving of fiber! That’s great, considering I often sneak Benefiber into whatever the kids are eating to ensure everything works smoothly! Progresso’s High Fiber Soups include the Homestyle Minestrone that I LOVED, as well as Creamy Tomato Basil, Hearty Vegetable and Noodle and Chicken Tuscany. The soups have no MSG, no artificial flavors and were healthy and filling for the three of us (me, my 3 year old and my 2 year old). We give it 6 thumbs up!
