Imagine this. It’s February 12th or 13th and you are on a Valentine’s Date with your husband. Why not the 14th? Well, that is a Sunday and you couldn’t find a babysitter for Sunday. I mean, you have kids, they have school, either you or your spouse has to work the next day. Heck, you are just happy that you are having a dinner out with hubby, whether it be at Melting Pot, Applebees or even eating take-out on the beach. It’s a DATE!
Maybe you had wine, a margarita or a mixed drink? Maybe your type of bubbly is a carbonated drink. Either way, the reason you married that man is definitely heavy in the air. You share funny stories about the kids, memories of when you were first dating … and maybe you will recreate some of those memories with a kiss! Eek! But you know you wanted to look your best this night. You showered, put on make-up, straightened you hair … but dinner has definitely given you not-so-fresh breath. That’s when you want to discreetly excuse yourself and pull out a Colgate Wisp!
What’s a Colgate Wisp? Well, it’s the cutest little toothbrush, around 3 inches long and very thin. It has bristles with a bead of toothpaste already on it. You don’t need water or to rinse, so you don’t even need to run into a bathroom. Plus, if you have a sesame seed or something stuck in your teeth, the other side of the brush has a soft pick for easy removal.
I honestly think this is FABULOUS for date nights, like this coming Valentine’s Day. But is also good to have on hand at work. What if the CEO is making his rounds … or maybe you are on your way to a job interview, but had some Starbucks to perk up on the way. A little cinnamint, spearmint or peppermint can go a long way to making a good first impression.
Colgate Wisp is your on-the-go toothbrush. They sell Colgate Wisp in packs of 4, two in front of the pack, two in back. It’s only $2.39 for the 4 pk – $7.99 for a 16 pack.
I tried the cinnamint pre-date night (just to make sure I don’t foam at the mouth) and it was great. The flavor is great. It was quick, discreet and I bet your dentist will love it! The package of four is so small, it practically fits in the palm of my hand. Remember, this is a disposable toothbrush, so just use and toss. The case does flip open, so it will still hold the remaining brushes. I am tucking the spearmint in my purse for my date with hubby. And the peppermint … I am putting that in my husband’s briefcase! He meets with clients and management a lot, and he has to be on top of his game for each meeting!

my favorite valentines is a long hike in the woods on a perfect spring day, a picnic with wine and potato salad, kiss overlooking a lake while the sun goes down, and snuggles and … in sleeping bags and blankets under the stars by a nice fire.
My ideal valentine’s date would be to go out for a nice dinner…nothing fancy. I’d just like to sit down and have a nice, quiet dinner together.

My Ideal Valentines with my hubby would be staying home (without the kids) and ordering in dinner & watching a movie (again, without the kids)!
A romantic date-our fave restaurant-hot tub-lightly scented candles-chocolate of some kind
Would prefer a bigger house, actually, we are so cramped, that would take care of the rest of our VDays!!!!
