Toasty Toes thanks to Whooga Uggs

For the past three days my heater has been broken. Living in Florida, you would think, “What’s the big deal?” Uhm. It’s cold. This is the coldest it’s been all winter. Without heat, my house has been around 50 degrees. Most of you northern folks, I am betting you have your houses a nice, toasty 70 degrees!

So I was THRILLED when a pair of pink, Whooga Uggs were delivered to my house, saving my toes from possible frostbite! You know Uggs – those must-have sheepskin boots that keep toes toasty and fashionable! The minute I slipped my feet into the Classic Tall, Pink Whoogas, my feet were in heaven. They were warm and comfortable. The inner fleece is incredibly soft … and pink too. And even though I am wearing them from the moment I wake up until I go to bed, they don’t feel “heavy” for boots. It’s almost like I am wearing slippers!

Plus, even with all that soft fleece, my feet are not “sweating”. It may have something to do with the better airflow in the fleece Whooga uses. They even tested their boots from 23 degrees Fahrenheit to 95 degrees Fahrenheit, and the average temperature of the inside of the shoe (where your foot is) is usually 72 degrees. Awesome and comfortable!

The outside of the boot is made of premium sheepskin. The height is around 12″ – so they end around mid-calf. I was a little worried that it would be too high, too warm. But I am completely comfortable with them on. I am so in love with these and think this height and color is a must-have for women! Although, for my second pair (already thinking ahead) I want the short, black sheepskin boots. They also have “minis” which are more “slipper-like“.

I love all the colors they have. I would like a Whooga Ugg in each color – Violet, Black, Chestnut, Grey, Sand and Chocolate! I love how the fleece inside the boot either matches or complements the outside color. That makes it really cute if you decide to roll down the tall boot, to show off the fleece inside.
