Sleep Number “Winter 2010” Sweepstakes

Valentine’s Day is coming up next weekend and there is nothing better than curling up next to the one you love. However, the simple act of sleeping next to someone could be causing you a loss of sleep. The National Sleep Foundation said a person can lose up to 49 minutes of sleep a night – or about 300 hours a year – when disturbed by a sleep partner. Below are a few tips to get back some of those precious hours of sleep.

1.     Snoring

2.     Tossing and Turning

3.     Temperature Preferences

4.     Bedroom Activities

5.     Mattress Firmness

What does your partner do that keeps you from getting a restful sleep? Share it at Beds.com or on the Sleep Number Facebook page, or on Twitter @SleepGeekPete.
