It seems as if pixies have been all the rage the past few years, thanks to a certain green fairy named Tinkerbell! It’s amazing as I walk around Disney and see just as many little girls choosing to dress as Tink, even with princess options like Belle, Aurora and Jasmin! Plus, kids can either choose to stand on line to meet the Princesses in Toon Town … or they can choose a whole OTHER line to visit the fairies. And yes, even little boys like fairies! (Hey, I am not afraid to let my boys play with Barbie, drink from pink sippies or read great, sparkly counting books like Ten Tiny Fairies!)
One of the cutest fairy dolls I’ve seen is Kaci Cotton Candy from My Pixies. She has a cute, blonde bob with pink highlights, wears a pink and white tutu dress, has the biggest blue eyes and smells just like Cotton Candy. Her skirt and shoes are removable and she comes with a little pixies story book. And you can’t forget the wings. She has removable plastic wings that are huge, translucent and glittery. The doll is TALL. I couldn’t find my ruler, but I estimate she is around 18″.
In the the world of Pixies and Sweet Treats Lane Kaci Cotton Candy is sweet, shy and loves to fly. Another Pixie option, and one my niece Skyler Lily is sure to love, is Lilli Lollipop who has a brown bob, purple highlights and purple and white tutu dress. Lilli Lollipop is supposed to be curious and ready for adventure!
Currently, I think you can only purchase these limited edition dolls from Kmart nationwide. Kaci Cotton Candy and Lilli Lollipop have been developed by Playmates Toys. She is for ages 3 and up. Definitely keep an eye out for this duo, they are sure to be a hit for birthdays and other special occasions!

I have never seen these before but they are SO cute! My niece would love them! I love the glittery wings!
I love the dolls they come out with. These are so adorable. Thanks for the review.
My daughter loves Tinkerbell too and I think she’d love these dolls, they’re adorable!
How cute is that?! Thanks for the info, I have been looking for something just like this for my niece!
Wow, Kaci Cotton Candy is really cute! I actually went to the site to look for pictures of other dolls (to see if they were all as cute as the ones you posted), but couldn’t find a Pixie section. Too bad. I will keep an eye out for them at Kmart, though.
