The cookie cutter is plastic, thin and indented with the figure of Cookie Monster wearing a wee diaper. I’ve never used a cookie cutter like this before, usually I use cookie cutters that cut out a shape only and then you decorate as desired. This one actually imprinted Cookie Monster onto the cookie. I am not sure if you are supposed to press a cookie completely out or simply indent a cookie with the figure – so I made GIANT round cookies and pressed down to leave baby Cookie Monster on top. Then I 
outlined with blue and added white and pink detailing for the eyes and mouth.
