Ecofriendly Tees for Women #win

What is your favorite kind of t-shirt? I think I can get pretty choosy when it comes to a tee I’ll wear.

1. It cant be baggy – it does your figure no good!

2. It has to be “fitted”, but not tight.

3. Soft – like you’ve owned it forever.

4. No itchy tags to scratch your neck!

5. Simplicity in its design.

6. Eco-Friendly – because I :heart: Earth and want a good place for the kids to live.

I just discovered a really cool tee place that has exactly what I am looking for! It’s called Tees For Change, and they sell fair trade, organic cotton and bamboo tees! The cotton is cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, which is good for both the environment and for the workers. And naturally sustainable bamboo is fast-growing, needs no pesticides and is 100% biodegradable. So the tees are obviously earth friendly. And for some reason they are so soft, yet they have a great flattering fit. Not too baggy, not tight – just right!

There are a TON of women’s tees to choose from. I love their Text tees, like my fabulous “practice peace” tee on a deep red. There a lot of cool messages on tees of various colors – like aqua, green, chocolate and more.

They also have cool graphic tees, tank tops (which I love to wear in the South) and plus size tees. And if you want to coordinate with your hubby – or maybe you are wearing a shirt with a message he loves, there are some Men T-shirt options, as well.
