Speaking of Perdue, they have just released the yummiest nuggets with 100% white meat and 100% whole grain breading. My boys and I have been munching on them like crazy. They are such an easy lunch for after school …. and momma likes them with hot sauce and honey for dipping. And they are so much healthier than stopping by McD’s or Burger King for mystery nuggets!
The Perdue Whole Grain Breaded Chicken has received the Whole Grains Council stamp and provides 4 grams of daily fiber per serving. And if nuggets aren’t your style, there is also Perdue Whole Grain Chicken Breast Strips and Whole Grain Chicken Breast Tenders to choose from!

One Buzz Reader will win a month’s supply of Perdue Fully Cooked Chicken!
(Four coupons for free Perdue will be sent to the winner.)

Mealtime is fun @ my home because everyone is involed! My children (2 & 4yrs) help clean the table & help me cook…by putting the noodles in the pot or adding the butter to the pan. Children love to be the big helper who made dinner taste extra special. Once we’re done with our meal we have dessert..which of course was made with my little helping hands. if there’s cup cakes..i let them frost their own. it’s a bit messy but bath time shortly follows. My husband & I work full-time so I need to have the kids involved in as much as possible…& they really feel important =)
A lot of the time we make meal time fun by finding “character” paper plates (such as Disney Princess) on sale. We design the who meal around that character.
make mealtime fun by telling funny stories from the day
We make it fun by making meals really colorful! Sometimes we make food fun shapes too.
I ask each family member what they want to eat and they each have their special meal night.
We try to talk about our days when we eat, and everyone gets involved in the meal preparation.
I use the Currier and Ives blue and white dishes. When my children cleaned up their plates or bowls they would “find” the picture on the china. In addition, we “renamed” some of the foods. For example, garden peas are “roll-y, pole-y peas”.
We make mealtime fun by getting everyone to join in – from prep to clean-up and we sing/play/talk

We make it fun by simply sitting down as a family to eat. This is a must every night, no exceptions. Sitting together and talking about our days is fun for all of us.

We let the kids pick a meal every week that they want. They get to help make it too. They love it!

I try to make mealtime fun by switching things up every so often. On rainy days, we’ll set a blanket on the living room floor and have an indoor picnic. Sometimes we’ll eat typical breakfast foods like pancakes, sausage and eggs for dinner while lunch would have been the evening meal. And I love to make faces on top of foods with veggies or fruits cut into shapes

We let the kids help do small things and then they feel like they cooked the meal and it puts a big smile on their face.

To make meal time fun we sometimes add a theme …like going on a picnic or going to the zoo.
On Saturdays, we have family homemade pizza night!
once in a while we will have a meal that everyone has contributed to – ideas, the actual cooking, and clean-up.
Thanks for the giveaway!

We make mealtime fun by making it a family activity!
I like to have each of my kids help prepare a dish and then they serve it to everyone. It makes them feel more involved and they’re more likely to eat it plus they think it’s fun.

Everyone has to tell something they did nice for someone else or something good that happen that day.
We have everyone pitch in to help, and share our stories of the day/week!
