Don’t you HATE when you have a favorite pen that just disappears? Maybe your spouse or child took it? A school partner or mom-friend? I mean, it didn’t just walk away by itself!
Or sometimes you are on the other end of the pen disappearance? You suddenly “find” a pen that you love (of course with no owner to claim it). And it becomes your new favorite, safely tucked into a purse pocket, checkbook or planner.
As you know, most pens are nothing different. Boring design, barely acceptable inking capability as you have to scribble and scribble to get it started. But I am having fun writing in my planner with Paper Mate’s latest innovation – InkJoy!
What’s so special about InkJoy? Well, it has the smooth writing capability of a gel pen. But, it won’t smear on your paper and hand, since it dries quickly like a ballpoint pen. And it comes in a rainbow of colors! Pink, Purple, Aqua, Orange, Green, Red, Blue and Black are the colors I am writing in. Pen specialists are already warning users to keep a close eye on their InkJoys, since they are targeted to become the “most stolen pen”.

So, I noticed a hilarious app on the Paper Mate Facebook Page. If you have witnessed or fallen victim to a pen thief, you can report it on their Facebook Page App. You can either win a new InkJoy Pen OR $2,500! All you have to do is upload a photo, fill in a few details about the “event”
