Wardrobe malfunctions are a thing of the past! Whether your getting ready for a hot date with hubby, an important meeting at work, or a mom’s night out, beauty expert Romy Frazelli from Kymaro Health & Beauty/Spa Essentials offers the following tips on how to avoid any fashion faux pa.

FIRST: Eliminate embarrassing back bulges and bra cleavage. Kymaro’s Backless Bra is the ultimate strapless, backless bra solution for those hard to ‘wear-with-a-regular-bra’ outfits! The self-adhesive, self-supportive and easy to remove bra, provides a natural look and feel with ample support and shaping. ($19.95; www.ubuyez.com)

From experience, these work best for sizes B and larger. You are going to want to order a size down, when ordering. If you are a B, order an A. If you are a C, order a B. You can order them in Black or Nude. I love how they finally let you wear ANY DRESS without trying to tuck down the back of your bra. They adhere to your skin and there seems to be no way to lose them when out. Overall, a great solution to backless dresses and tops, when you still want support.

SECOND: To hide panty-lines, wear lighter nylon panties without any seems that may pinch the skin. Try Shimera’s Seamless Bikini Panties. In all styles including boyshorts, hi-cut briefs, or bikini cut, these panties offer a smooth and comfortable look thanks to the Nylon and spandex materials that work together to support and conceal. ($13.00; www.nordstrom.com)

THIRD: Prevent slipping straps, gapping blouse fronts, falling hems and low cut dresses with this celebrity secret: fashion tape. Try the easy-to-use Hollywood Fashion Tap – the specially formulated clear double-stick, “do everything” apparel and body tape adhesive is gentle on skin, hypoallergenic and gentle on all fabrics. With 36 pre-cut, 3-inch disposable strips per box, simply peel the tape and press firmly against skin or fabric and apply the item to be secured. ($8.99; www.hollywoodfashiontape.com)

FOURTH: To stop the pain of killer heels and to prevent feet from sliding forward try wearing foot petals. Foot Solution’s Foot Petals can fix any shoe dilemma – they help prevent calluses, protect bones and tissue, and support the sensitive ball-of-the-foot area. ($6.75; www.footpetals.com)

There are even more fabulous fix-it products from Kymaro at UbuyEz.com – from booty lifters to bust-up cups. I would make that my first stop when trying to find a fix-it for any wardrobe malfunction or fashion fix-it!

Win a Kymaro Backless Bra in Nude or Black!

Last summer I had the coolest shades from Sunglass Warehouse. They were so comfortable and lightweight, something I could wear ALL DAY, providing comfort, protection and style. I loved them so much that just 1 month later I bought a pair for my husband, too!

At Sunglass Warehouse, you will find designer-inspired glasses at a fraction of the price. Most of these discount sunglasses cost between $15 to $19! Buy your favorite style and don’t feel bad if they get lost or broken – almost inevitable for a mom with kids! Instead, you could buy 10 Sunglass Warehouse glasses for the price of 1 designer pair! And you will probably love these more, like I do! I will never buy high-priced sunglasses for myself again. Because the prices of these glasses mean I can own more, to complement my mood and attire.

But the choices are awesome. My favorite pair is the Crocodile Style #1375. It has a black and rose frame, withhich had rose tinted lenses and a cool crocodile pattern on the frame. These are also available as a black and cream frame. They are out of stock right now, but if they come back you want to grab them!

Right now I am buzzing around town in SW Round Style #9712. They SCREAM fun! They have HUGE oversized round lenses which are perfect for summer fun. They huge lenses are encased in a white and blue frame. The sides have a metal logo detailing. I loved wearing them to the beach and pool for a week in July, not only enjoying the style – but also the UV400 protection it provided.

There are wonderful options for women at Sunglass Warehouse. You can head straight to Oversized and Celebrity, like me – or you may be more interested in checking out the other trends which include Aviator, Polarized, Sport, Retro, Rhinestone, Rockstar, Round and Shield. And don’t forget the men! There is a great selection of men’s sunglasses and kid’s sunglasses, too!

Their search options are absolutely amazing. For example, my dad requires sunglasses that fit over his glasses. Well, there is an option to search just those glasses at Sunglass Warehouse.

And they have just launched pages to help you choose sunglasses based on your skin tones and choose glasses based your face shape! It’s so uber-helpful!

Sunglass Warehouse is completely buzzworthy! Still my #1 place to go for stylish, discount sunglasses!

One winner will receive their choice of sunglasses.

Have you seen those cool wipe-off books for kids? They use dry erase markers with them as they practice letters, shapes and other school-preparedness exercises? Well, I just learned that Mead has started making them, along with other fun activity books that kids are sure to love – without knowing they are LEARNING. How can I be so positive? Because I brought a set of these books along with us on vacation to a beach house. When we weren’t at the beach or pool … or playing with LEGOS… they were edu-taining themselves with the following Mead activity books:

1. Dry Erase Activity Board: This activity board includes three double-sized, activity-driven dry erase boards spiral bound together for easy storage. Activities include capital and lowercase letter formation, number development, shape formation, simple addition and a draw-and-write space to spark creative writing and illustration. Both my 2 and 4 year old LOVED this. They did EVERY ACTIVITY. It came with a dry erase pen in black, but I bought a set of colored ones to go with it, too. It is HUGE for little kids. One of my favorite Mead activity books.

2. Write-On, Wipe-Off Letters: For use with dry erase markers or erasable crayons, these reusable workbooks offer a fun and rewarding way to practice lowercase letter formation. Specific patterns for each letter are reinforced with pictures, colored steps and directional cues. This one did not come with an erasable marker or crayon, so once again it is a good idea to buy a pack. The boys enjoyed this activity book, too. It’s smaller in size than the Dry Erase Activity Book and not as “board-like”, more flexible instead. But I like its focus on letter development.

3. Path Quest: Here’s a fun way to introduce the visual and eye-hand coordination tasks necessary for successful reading, writing, math and organizational skills. The child starts by choosing a “quest” — sea, space, jungle or the arctic — and then an adventure, including picture searches and associations, connection games, mazes and more. I was a little confused on how to play at first and some of the puzzles even puzzled me – but the boys had a blast with a different activity on each page. They went through the three adventures (multiple puzzles per adventure) so quickly, that I really wish it was an erasable wipe-off board like the books above. But erasable or not, it was one they still tried to solve over and over again.

4. Shape Builders: By following simple, numbered steps, children can practice forming pre-writing shapes while learning the proper pencil control and sequencing needed for letter, word and sentence formation. Each activity includes a numbered step-by-step illustration, along with sections to trace the drawing, draw it and color it independently. This book was great, although once again I really wish it was a wipe-off book! Just because the boys loved it so much, they really zoomed through it. My 4 year old is just really getting into drawing “things”, and my 2 year old already loves drawing objects – so this book was great as it led them step by step on using shapes they know to make ice cream cones, trucks, ladybugs and more.

5. Snip-It: This booklet of snipping and cutting activities not only helps children master the use of scissors, but results in colorful, creative art projects with little mess. Easy-to-follow cut lines on colored paper make snips go quickly. Projects get progressively more challenging by adding shapes to pictures and then following a model. Once again, sometimes I just don’t feel bright enough. I was confused what was supposed to be colored, what was supposed to be snipped and what was supposed to be stuck where. But you have to look at it through the eyes of a 2 and 4 year old – they LOVED it. They colored, pulled, tore and made awesome creations with little parent supervision (because I was lost). I let them go for it and it was an activity that kept them busy and using fine motor skills.

6. 4-in-1 Learn to Letter with Guidelines: This workbook features four sections that build upon one another. Debossed capital and lowercase letter pages offer kids numbered steps and See & Feel™ grooves to master printing. A raised ruling section helps students learn to stay inside the lines. Finally, the plain primary ruled pages feature bold lines for accurate letter placement. I wanted to pull this aside for when my 4 year old starts pre-k, but my 2 year old absolutely would have none of that as he easily used the debossed letter guides to form his letters. He is more of the letter/number kid than my four year old who preferred the activities in PathQuest. But if your child needs extra letter practicing, the 4-in-1 Learn to Letter with Guidelines will give them the confidence to go for it.

Mead Early Learning products, like the ones above, were developed in conjunction with a pediatric occupational therapist who specializes in handwriting. The line is divided into four stages based on age and developmental skills. It begins with cutting activities, dot-to-dot projects and coloring exercises that begin eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills. Subsequent products/stages then focus on formal handwriting instruction, including letter formation through tracing and writing practice on paper with raised lines. You can see more Mead Early Learning Products, for grades pre-k to 4th, here: Mead Early Learning. That means new backpacks, pencils, pens, markers, notebooks, binders and CLOTHES. Before you head out for clothes, you HAVE to make sure you get your girls this book – and maybe you should read it too:

A Smart Girl’s Guide to Style: How to Have Fun with Fashion, Shop Smart, and Let Your Personal Style Shine Through

The title tells you everything you need to know! It’s a book for girls ages 8 and up, brought to us by American Girl. The book is full of quizzes, tips and inspiration to help your daughter (niece, granddaughter) find their style and feel confidant about their choice. It talks about mixing and matching pieces they already own, budgeting to shop, “fashion emergencies” and even how to handle an assortment of critics – from frenemies to family.

I love how the book goes into talking about fabric choice, patterns, color choices and accessories. I can see lots of future designers and fashion experts getting some solid groundwork from here.

Cupcake Stand, after assembly and before decorating.

I wish I knew about the cupcake stands at Green Party Goods sooner! I was a mess trying to figure out how to display cupcakes for a party the other day – but with some two-sided tape, ribbon and a few assembly skills I could have used an adorable polka dot stand or chic zebra stand that would hold enough cupcakes to fulfill party-goers sugary needs. (In other words, it can hold up to 40 to 50 cupcakes! Get baking!)

I received the stands to assemble and try. They are made of a sturdy recycled corrugated cardboard, but have the designs pre-printed on them. That relieves you of the hardest decorating of the stand. Then all you need to do is add some finishing touches – put 2-sided tape around the edges and add some ribbon. When you are done, wipe off the boards, remove the ribbon and you can re-use for another party.

There are 4″ between the tiers, so you have enough room for cupcake toppers. Both stands only retail for $27 – so much more affordable than other options. And if you really want to add some wow to your cupcakes, you have to check out the other cupcake accessories that Green Party Goods sells. They have gorgeous decorative cupcake liners, intricate cupcake paper wraps and sugar cupcake toppers.

Cupcake Stand, after adding ribbon and decor.

Other than the cupcake stands, my favorite items are the Monster sugar toppers. For $32 you get … ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY EIGHT sugar monsters! And for the finishing touch, grab the complementing monster cupcake wraps. They are so frighteningly cute!

Check out Green Party Goods for your cupcake and party needs!

As you know, I am a huge fitness nut. One of my favorite places is the gym working out with weights. But lots of time my readers tell me they can’t make it to the gym or it’s too pricey – which I understand! So I’ve tried out some DVD workouts along the way to give you my opinion.

One of the newest DVDs is part of the Melt It Off program, which can be a quick, affordable and effective way to transform your body when used as part of a fitness routine. It’s not easy, nothing that will transform your body is! But with willpower and effort, you can do it and will be continued to be motivated to keep using it.

Plus, even though it’s not “easy” … it is “fun”! There is a G-Ball (2 pound medicine ball) that you use throughout the program to build muscular strength and endurance, while burning calories. All muscles are engaged during the 4 routines. The Melt-It Off Program also comes with a meal plan for both men and women.

The work-outs are led by Mitch Gaylord, an American gymnast who won 4 Olympic medals and has been inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame. He became the first ever American gymnast to score a perfect 10! I take my boys to gymnastics every week and I hae to say gymnasts are strong – so I can trust Mitch’s knowledge.

You can get a more in-depth idea about the program with this clip from YouTube:

The Melt-it Off DVD included:

Cardio Burn & Sculpt: Tone, tighten and build lean mass.

Sizzlin’ Abs: Achieve sculpted abs as you work out upper, lower and obliques. Hint – you do have to have a lean figure to see abs, so diet is important. After all, you want to show off your hard work!

High Calorie Melt: This gets you moving to burn calories and speed up your metabolism.

Melt in 10: Don’t have time for a full-out work out? Feel the burn in just 10 minutes.

Mila E. Lost 7 Inches!

Overall, I think it’s a great way to keep moving and I would use it on days I can’t get to the gym. It is great for beginners and people who are just getting started into fitness and losing weight. For more advanced fitness levels, the 2 pound ball may just be too light, but you can always get a heavier one as needed. I love that you can actually see results from this program if you need to tighten, tone and lose weight. Of course, results vary – but typical results are 1 size, 5.5 pounds and .72 inches lost in the FIRST THREE DAYS. You can read some of these weight loss success stories at their site. I definitely think this program would rock for many Mom Buzz readers.

I learned some new moves like Around the World squats that might finally hit my troublesome quads. There are plenty of lunges and squats that will tighten legs and perk up a toosh.

The Workouts described above and the G-Ball are yours for only $19.99, which is a super deal. For more information, please visit www.3daymelt.com. I’ve googled around and it does seem if you order direct from the site you will offered a lot of additionals that you need to decline. You can also order it from Amazon for $30.

Okay, as much as I try to file important documents and information, I always end up piling instead. It’s SAD and UNORGANIZED. But, Pendaflex has come through for us pilers, allowing us to still throw documents on top of one another – but easily find what we are looking for.

Sound interesting? Well, to get started Piling Smart you need:

1. PileSmart® Desktop Organizer Tray

2. PileSmart® Binder Label Clips

3. PileSmart® View Folders with Write-On Tabs

The PileSmart® Desktop Organizer Tray is essential in getting your started. That is where you are going to keep your main pile for whatever you are working on. Want to use it to handle mail, organize bills, handle the kid’s papers? Whatever you tend to pile, grab this tray instead.

The tray is made of durable acrylic and is slightly slanted towards the back corner to help align your papers, of you are a toss-and-go kinda person. It comes with six colorful dividers that have write and erase labels that are visible from both sides to help you identify paper stacks at a glance. And these dividers are not flimsy – they are sturdy enough to help lift your papers.

I am in LOVE with the PileSmart® Binder Label Clips. They were so awesome I immediately had to share with my sister who has an in-home office. If you get NOTHING ELSE from Pendaflex, pilers everywhere NEED these Label Clips. They are more than “just clips”. They have a white surface so you can label what’s in the clips – and the clips themselves are multi-colored so you can do some color-coding to get organized. The labels will rise above the stacked documents so you can tell what you are looking at and they hold around 100 sheets of paper.

Last, but not least, are the PileSmart® View Folders with Write-On Tabs. These are great for students or meetings, since you can stick important documents in them and then transport them in a briefcase or book bag to a meeting or school or…wherever. Heck, you can just carry the folder as-is. I like to keep receipts in mine for things I need to get reimbursed on, or vet bills, prescriptions, you name it – I find a folder for it. They are made of clear poly with color coded write-on tabs to help you identify and retrieve documents quickly and easily. The textured surface prevents piles from slipping. My folders sit in my PileSmart® Desktop Organizer Tray. See how well it all works together. And they hold A LOT – around 75 sheets of paper.

Overall I think the Pendaflex is a GREAT FIND for anyone who likes to pile – but wants to be more organized. Perfect for middle school students, high school students, college students, at-home office, bloggers, parents, single people, bachelors and more.

One of the coolest Crayola products has just crossed theMomBuzz.com – Crayola Chalkboard Floor Puzzles. Have you SEEN THESE? If you have seen them in the store, grab them up because they make a great gift idea, boredom buster and brain-boosting activity for preschoolers and young children (Children 4 and up).

The puzzles are HUGE – oversized 2 by 3 feet puzzles. They are available in several themes, I’ve seen a Playground, United States and Outer Space. And once they build this already cool puzzle, they can color it with a piece of chalk that is included. Although honestly, I did go out and buy a bucket of chalk so the boys could go crazy with our puzzles.

Certain areas of the puzzle are “rough” and meant to be colored on with the chalk. Other pieces are smooth and not easily colored with chalk. But it all wipes off pretty easily with a cloth. The puzzle is fun for one child to do by themself or a group of kids to collaborate and build using teamwork.

The puzzle pieces are actually shapes – which I love. So my little ones are looking to fit a heart or 1/2 circle into another piece. It really sharpens their eyes, making them more aware of how the pieces fit together. Each puzzle has 48 interconnecting pieces.

Of the puzzles I’ve actually played with along with my sons, my favorite is the Outer Space one. But wouldn’t you know, my 2 and 4 year old like to put together the United States. They must get that from their dad.

The puzzles retail for $12.99 and you can get them from one of my favorite retailers – Toys R Us. The puzzles were created by the fantastic Lafayette Puzzle Factory.

Need to treat someone you love to a special treat? A mother, sister, best friend – or yourself? You have to check out JoyofSpa.com.

Joy of Spa just launched this spring, acting as a guide to locating spas across the country. Plus, this is the nifty thing, you can purchase instant gift certificates that can be used at any of the spas on the site. There are more than 3,000 spas to choose from nationwide! And these gift certificates never expire, so you don’t have to worry about using them within 30, 60 or 90 days.

So let’s say you want to choose a spa. The Joy of Spa directory of spa includes personalized reviews so that you and your friends can pick out a spa they will really enjoy.

This is the perfect gift idea for and from a busy mom. Have a celebration to attend, just go online and get a Spa Gift Certificate. Whether your giftee lives near you – or states away – they will find a spa to use it at. And you can choose to either print out the certificate to give in person or e-mail it to them.

About Joy of Spa:

Joy of Spa specializes in highlighting hidden gems in neighborhoods across the country. They support smaller, boutiques spas in their marketing efforts and business strategies to help them thrive. In addition to encouraging consumers to shop locally, Joy of Spa is involved in organizing spas to donate cut hair to help soak up the oil from the terrible BP spill and to act as barriers along the Gulf Coast shores. This is an easy and effective way to participate in our community and to effect change globally – plus getting a chance to get ready for the summer season while doing it.

I received a Joy of Spa gift certificate to use. I printed out my certificate, checked out reviews for spas near me, called one to make sure it will accept the certificate (of course it does) and I made my appointment for early September. There was no rush to use it NOW, instead I can use it when I am ready. And the spa I called was professional, courteous and knew what I was referring to. I LOVE HOW EASY THIS ALREADY IS! And I am sure you will too!

$50 Gift Certificate to JoyofSpa.com
