For Her: Bogs Footwear #win

As we get closer to winter, we are experiencing a mix of wet days as cold fronts come and go. To keep my feet nice, dry and stylish, I’ve been prancing around in my Charlot ankle boots from Bogs Footwear. Mine are black, so they match everything. But they also come in aqua, lime, mustard, blue, green, red and flowered. Some of them are on sale online for as low as $41.90. The actual MSRP is $80.

The Charlot’s are 100% Waterproof with their outer made of rubber, perfect for these cool, rainy days. Your feet are nice and cozy inside a 4-way stretch inner bootie. They are non-slip, great for when I am running after the boys on the sidewalk. And they are self-cleaning, so I am not tracking all sorts of mud inside, like my husband and kids are doing right now. They go up to about the ankle, although Bogs Footwear does have higher boots, with still the same wonderful style.

I chose these because I don’t need to go out and about on a farm or do a lot of gardening. But in hindsight, I do wish I chose a higher pair simply for their style. I really love the ruggedness of the McKenna boots. But whether you want calf high or ankle boots or even the sneaker-like Bridgeports, all the footwear will keep your feet dry and comfortable as you work or play.
